I've only been taking this for a little over a month and I'm not sure if I really feel any different. I had read an article that m.vaccae helped with t-cell production, so I started taking this along with vitamin D and C. I'll probably finish the 2nd package I bought last week and decide if it's worth continuing after that.

I was absolutely skeptical, but enjoy trying things (especially potentially enzymatic postbiotic supplements). Within the first week, I felt a clarity rush, likened to something like a light stimulant feel, and while I as kind of hoping to feel it even more with relative doses, it only happened once (not a bad thing!). I'm a relatively healthy individual anyways, so I'm not a good guinea pig to kiss and tell all of the immunity benefits, and I've actually decided to cycle this test, to see if I can tell a difference and/or if there are any enzymatic properties. I am, for now, at least a partial believer, and regardless of ongoing monitoring, will very likely add this my longevity stack (along with NAD, Fish Oils, and Multi)! I would 100% recommend!
This has significantly improved my mood, memory, and overall function. My naturopath recommended it to me because of my gut health and feeling like my memory was fading and energy levels were low. And I’m glad to say it actually worked and not only have I seen a difference but so has my family.

I feel better inside and I have better gut health

I must say that I am impressed with MUD. From the first week of taking this supplement I could feel a difference. My bowel movements became very regular, with one early morning even though I do not eat breakfasts. I like to experiment so I ate things that I haven't been able to digest for decades such as beef, cow dairy products (cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, etc.). To my surprise I didn't have the digestive problems i used to. I'm not going to change my diet, however the experiment tells me that indeed MUD is definitely improving my digestion and the elimination tract in beautiful ways. I stopped taking it as an experiment as well and my usual symptoms returned. All in all, I've been taking it for 2 months now and I am definitely seeing benefits so I will keep using it. I may experiment by adding it to my homemade coconut milk yogurt. I am looking forward to a restored digestive system and to getting my brain back as a result. I highly recommend MUD!!! I’ve been taking Müd with my evening vitamins and I do think it has helped my mental health! I struggle with OCD and have felt less obsessive thoughts and compulsions since taking müd.

This product is pretty amazing. I initially got it for my wife during cancer treatment to moderate her immune response. However, I thought I might use it as well and have found out that my struggle with blood sugar of 15 years has remarkably settled into lower fasting glucose levels and deeper sleep cycles. I attribute this change to Mud+ function of immune optimization along with better mitochondrial support. My wife is finding increased energy and better bloodwork numbers too. This is an amazing product!! I must admit from the first time I took this little yellow tablet, I felt an immediate difference. I have NSCLC - Adenocarcinoma of the lung. This has a very high fatality rate. I am using standard oncology plus repurposed medications. My results have been excellent and I am sure that the benefit in terms of T-cell activation, in conjunction with Vit D supplementation, have contributed to the success of my treatment. Müd has undoubtedly played a significant part in my treatment.
Sadly I am anaphylactic to bee and wasp stings. The beeswax in this product caused a nasty reaction. Wish I could have it without the beeswax

I researched the soil bacteria in this supplement before purchasing. I was hoping for two improvements taking it daily - better mood and helping with weight management. I do think it does improve my mood for the day. Not sure about helping gut health as I already take a prebiotic/probiotic daily. It may be helping with reducing affects of eating less healthy foods occasionally like chips or pretzels. My only complaint would be that it is expensive as a daily supplement.
I was not expecting it to help my sleep - I wasn't really expecting anything. We got it to help my partner's long covid (which, sadly, it does not so far) but I decided to take it too in solidarity. It really helps me with two things, first sleep. It's not easier to fall asleep or anything but I feel like my sleep quality has improved. Immune response. Ever since quarantine, I've been sickly, ill every week. It's only been 3 weeks, true, but I've felt SO MUCH less ill. No colds or sniffles or sore throats. Hopefully this persists. I'm definitely getting more for me but maybe not my husband. I guess it doesn't work for everyone :/
