RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or product exchanges once the shipped package containing the product has been opened.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, we will send you a replacement order. Contact us at support@mud-plus.com and include a photo of the item detailing the problem.
If you are unsatisfied with the product, contact us and we'll do our best to make things right. We recommend taking the product for the full 30 days before evaluating it since the product can take some time to work. These inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis.
